SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is placed it can not be canceled or modified.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that contains your purchase summary. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. All orders are processed within 3-6 business days.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Once an order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days.
If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are final sale. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted unless merchandise is received damaged. Pre-Order merchandise can not be returned or exchanged unless merchandise it damaged.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All sale items are FINAL SALE no returns or exchanges.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
